Se i quadri potessero parlare…

If the artworks could speak… What do you think they would say?

In this 1.5 hour language WALKshop, we will walk through the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia and stop at a number of artworks where you will be encouraged to try to use Italian to describe what you see and what you think might be ‘happening’ in the artwork (whether it is what the artist intended to convey or not!).

This ‘walking workshop’ is intended to be a fun and active language learning experience in a real-life context, where the artworks serve as prompts to talk about and describe different things in Italian that you might not usually cover in your regular learning space. You will be provided with some printed materials on useful vocabulary and phrases for the session to help you get started and the WALKshop host will be there to support you along the way.

This small group session is best suited for those with intermediate to advanced-level Italian.

This Language Lovers AU Language WALKshop will be led by Monica from Su Misura Italy, an experienced Italian tutor and native speaker.
